Business activity
Baland Tech, SL develops and operates digital discovery and promotion platforms for the restaurant sector: venues subscribe to presence, advertising, and analytics services inside the Foodium App.
Corporate purpose:
Management, creation, design, maintenance, implementation, purchase, sale and rental of software, computer applications, databases and websites. Purchase, sale and rental of hardware. Assignment of rights or granting of authorisations or licences of use over computer programs, databases, inventions, utility models, graphic and industrial designs, trademarks, domain names and other distinctive signs, trade secrets, and over other works and subject matter protected by intellectual and industrial property rights, in accordance with the legislation in force at any given time on intellectual and industrial property. Creation, production and distribution of digital and multimedia content. Development and maintenance of software programs. Organisation and staging of events, fairs and congresses. Business management. Business advice, consultancy and management. Activities belonging to the financial system are excluded from the corporate purpose, in particular advice on investment, capital structure, industrial strategy and related matters, and in relation to company mergers and acquisitions. Commercial intermediation without predominance of products. Business management and intermediary activities for attracting clients for service companies that require professional accreditation.
The service
The Foodium business subscription lets a venue manage its presence in the Foodium App: business-controlled presentation, photos and offers, and demand insights. The subscription is purchased on this web portal and the service is used from the Foodium App.
Prices and payment
Plans and their prices are shown during checkout, after signing in; the applicable price and corresponding taxes are itemised at the moment of purchase. The subscription is monthly and is charged in advance at the start of each cycle. Invoices are issued and delivered electronically: they are sent to the account holder’s email and remain available in the account section.
Payment via the MONEI payment gateway: Visa and Mastercard are accepted, along with Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payment methods available at the time of purchase (for example, Bizum).
Free trial and renewal
New venues get a 14-day free trial — once only — that starts when they first publish in the App, with no payment details required. When it ends, a paid plan is needed to keep the service active; the paid subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel the subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals: no further charges are made and access continues until the end of the period already billed.
As a digital service purchased by businesses and activated immediately, amounts already billed are non-refundable, and no partial refunds are made for unused periods.
Claims and jurisdiction
For any claim related to the service, write to contact@foodium.app and we’ll aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.
The applicable law is that of the Principality of Andorra.
