This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies we use on this website, and the equivalents used in the Foodium app. Our business portal pages carry no analytics or advertising technology at all. You can change your choices at any time — see Managing your choices.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files a site stores on your device. We also use related browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage) and, on the portal, IndexedDB. We group them below by what they do.
Your consent choice
When you make a cookie choice, we store it in a first-party cookie named foodium_consent so we can remember it. It lasts one year and contains only your choices (analytics on/off, ads on/off).
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Analytics is off by default: nothing that stores analytics cookies runs until you accept, and we use Google Consent Mode so no analytics or advertising storage is set beforehand. We do not run advertising or marketing pixels today; if we ever enable them, we'll update this policy and cover them here first.
Payments
When you subscribe, checkout is completed on our payment provider's own page (MONEI, at secure.monei.com). MONEI sets its own cookies on its pages, under its own privacy and cookie terms.
Similar technologies
To make the site and portal work, we use browser storage that isn't advertising: your language preference; a temporary value used to complete email sign-in; a per-tab value used during checkout; and your signed-in session, kept by the authentication system. In the app, the equivalents are on-device caches, installation and messaging identifiers, and an attribution identifier — the app uses no advertising tracking and does not use Apple's tracking permission.
Managing your choices
You can reopen the cookie choices at any time using "Manage cookies" on this page, and change or withdraw your consent there. You can also delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so will clear your stored choice and you'll be asked again.
