Foodium is the trade name of the service, operated by Baland Tech, SL (trade name entered in the Registry of Commerce: BALAND), an Andorran company with tax ID (NRT) L-719554-L, entered in the Companies Register under number 24479 (Registry of Commerce no. 935312 B).

Business activity
Baland Tech, SL develops and operates digital discovery and promotion platforms for the restaurant sector: businesses advertise their venues in the Foodium App through Foodium Ads Manager.
Corporate purpose:
Management, creation, design, maintenance, implementation, purchase, sale and rental of software, computer applications, databases and websites. Purchase, sale and rental of hardware. Assignment of rights or granting of authorisations or licences of use over computer programs, databases, inventions, utility models, graphic and industrial designs, trademarks, domain names and other distinctive signs, trade secrets, and over other works and subject matter protected by intellectual and industrial property rights, in accordance with the legislation in force at any given time on intellectual and industrial property. Creation, production and distribution of digital and multimedia content. Development and maintenance of software programs. Organisation and staging of events, fairs and congresses. Business management. Business advice, consultancy and management. Activities belonging to the financial system are excluded from the corporate purpose, in particular advice on investment, capital structure, industrial strategy and related matters, and in relation to company mergers and acquisitions. Commercial intermediation without predominance of products. Business management and intermediary activities for attracting clients for service companies that require professional accreditation.
The service
Foodium sells businesses one thing: advertising in the Foodium App. A business publishes photos of its venues as ads in Foodium Ads Manager and, after its free days, pays for the days its ads are live; everything else in Foodium Ads Manager is free. The contract is the Foodium Business Terms, which set out the service, the prices, billing and payment, declined charges and how to delete the business profile.
Prices and payment
€0.15 per active day per ad, plus a €0.99 platform fee on each bill
You get one bill for each calendar month in which your ads ran after your free days. If you delete your business profile, that month's bill is brought forward to the day you confirm the deletion. Prices include IGI where it applies.
For a venue outside Andorra we charge no IGI: the same prices apply, the service is not subject to IGI, and your business accounts for any VAT due in the venue's country (reverse charge).
We accept cards only: you save your cards on the secure payment page of our payment provider, MONEI, and each bill is charged to them as the Business Terms set out (clause 11). Invoices are issued electronically, as PDFs in Foodium Ads Manager and by email, in Catalan and in your language.
Claims and jurisdiction
For any claim related to the service, write to contact@foodium.app and we’ll aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.
The applicable law is that of the Principality of Andorra.
